Daniel E. Bear, CEO/Director


Mr. Daniel Bear holds a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice Administration
from San Diego State University. In 1985 Dan joined R-Squared Scan
Systems of Anaheim, California as Vice President of Sales. R-Squared was
the largest independent service provider of maintenance for high-end
computerized medical equipment in the nation. At the time of his hire,
R-Squared had an annual revenue of 6 million dollars. Dan left 5 years
later with R-Squared generating over 40 million dollars annually. In
1996 Dan and Steve Martin left R-Squared to start their own company,
General Diagnostic Imaging Services, Inc., and in 1997 they decided to
commit their energy and expertise to the formation of Instructional
Access, Inc.


DeNae Reagins, COO/Director

Mr. DeNae Reagins, is responsible for New Business Development for
Instructional Access, Inc.. He has 15-year as an educator with
experience as Principal, Assistant Principal and teacher. Mr. Reagins
received his B.A. degree in Business Economics from the University of
California, Riverside and an M.A. degree in Education Administration
from California State University in San Bernardino. In the Fall of 1997
he began doctoral studies at the University of California, Riverside.


Steve A. Martin, President /CFO

Mr. Steve Martin, Vice-President of Operations for Instructional Access,
Inc. has been an operations professional for over twenty years with an
A.A. degree in Electronics and a B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering,
as well as an M.B.A. with emphasis in finance.


Support staff

In addition to the management staff of Instructional Access, Inc. the
organization is also staffed by a qualified list of coordinators,
support staff members, and instructors.

This team has delivered the Instructional Access "Weekend Computer Camp"
to more than 10,000 Foster Care and other "at risk" youth since February
1998.
